Investors in People
We were the first College in Scotland to be awarded Investors in People (IIP) status in 1994 and have continued to hold it ever since.
IIP is the UK’s leading people management business improvement standard, helping to deliver improved performance to organisations across the UK.
Possibly because we were the first College to get the award, it was delivered to us by Tom Farmer, then of Kwik-Fit, by helicopter.
