Our Gender Equality Scheme, Disability Equality Scheme, Race Equality Scheme and our Equal Opportunities Strategy provide a stimulus for action across the College Community and require members of the Board of Management, the Principal, our managers, staff, students, customers, contractors and partner agencies to be aware of and to support the philosophy and aims specified in these documents.
