Scholarships are vital for higher education today in the light of the various funding changes. The cost of higher education therefore has become increasingly difficult for some students and their families to meet. Perth College UHI prides itself on having a diverse student body and is committed to widening access, giving all students the opportunity to benefit from an education here.
A number of students work extremely hard and gain high standards in their studies. For those who excel in their course, we would like to see them continue to achieve greater things. By offering financial assistance through scholarships we hope to encourage them to stay at college and reach their full potential.
Scholarships range from £500 to £2,000 a year for each student. Some offer additional training and invaluable work experience, giving students a unique opportunity to improve their career prospects.
Donations can be spread over time to suit the budget. And, of course, there are a range of benefits on offer for UK tax payers.
