Big Munchie was rocking the College in October with two outstanding professional from the Scottish music scene speaking to over 100 music and sound engineering students.
Scottish composer and music producer Ged Grimes was our first speaker, Ged was an original member of Eighties pop band Danny Wilson, enjoying success with hits such as Mary's Prayer. Ged has created original soundtracks for many top video games.
Our other guest speaker was Brian Young who is the founder and studio owner of Ca Va Sound Glasgow. His productions have included albums by John Martyn and Runrig and recently newcomer Christine Bovill. The studio is also involved in engineering thousands of music releases including live and pre-recorded radio and TV programmes.
