At Perth College UHI, we believe in the value of investing in your future.
That’s why we have spent £3.5 million developing purpose-built student accommodation on our Crieff Road campus.
The student residences provide safe, secure and comfortable accommodation in self-catering and fully-furnished flats for 72 students.
The accommodation is divided into 16 secure flats. Each has its own kitchen, dining and living area and either single or twin bedrooms, with their own en-suite bathroom.
Access to the residences, and to individual bedrooms, is securely controlled. We also provide on-call campus security and caretaker service.
Each flat has a number of bedrooms and a shared kitchen, dining and living area.
The shared area contains:
- Fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge and freezer
- Dining area
- Living area with comfortable seating.
Each bedroom contains:
- Single beds with mattress and mattress cover
- Storage and study space
- Electrical points and a connection point to the College network
- An en-suite bathroom with a shower and shower cubicle, a wash hand basin and a WC.
As a student you will need to provide:
- Bedding (other than mattress and mattress cover)
- All towels
- Cooking utensils
- Crockery and cutlery
- All food and drink
- Cleaning materials for your room, en suite and shared areas
A laundry room with coin-operated automatic washing machines and tumble dryers is situated beside the residences.
You also have access to car parking (fee payable) and bicycle storage.
